NaturTrust's tableware are made from completely biodegradable and compostable materials such as corn starch, PLA, and PBAT. This combination of materials leads to a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions as compared to traditional plastics and is also non-toxic, free of GMO material, and contains no Phthalate or Bisphenol A(BPA).
It is unlikely that our tableware will commence biodegrading on the shelf. The tableware has been designed and manufactured in such a fashion that it will biodegrade only under compost conditions including high heat, humidity, and presence of microorganisms. However, over a long period of time, rare cases of minor deterioration in the quality of the tableware might happen.
We have a dedicated Quality-Check team that checks the quality as well as other properties such as strength, and durability, at every stage.
During the respective processes, we do the following checks:
1. Film Extrusion process: Tear strength, Gauge variation, Width, Gusset.
2. Printing: Color variation, Missing spots, Pattern, Design.
3. Bag Making: Size, Printing pattern cutting, Weight holding capacity, Leakage, Seal strength.

Products being biodegradable does not mean that they can be littered. Littering discards of waste irresponsibly and is not a legitimate means of disposal.
The packaging bags of the tableware are fully customisable. You can have your logo or any other print on the bags and we'll happily do it for you in the color you want. This will help with your brand identity and will also help you reach out to your potential customers easily.
At the end of life, these tableware will go back to nature in the form of organic waste without harming the environment. However, that doesn’t mean you can litter these bags on the roadside. The bags have has to go through an industrial composting facility, where they can be treated to form compost.
NaturTrust's Tableware can withstand temperature ranges from -20℃ to 160℃. Prior testing has proved that it is safe to be used for microwave, but not with the baking oven.
We use certified water-based ink which is also biodegradable and is applied to our printing process, totally safe for the human body, it has the advantages of fast drying and fine degree smooth.
NaturTrust's products are manufactured from plants using renewable, lower carbon, recycled, or reclaimed materials. We use synthetic glues to bind our materials and they do not contain animal by-products.
NaturTrust tableware need not be washed before use. At NaturTrust, manufacturing is done following all safety and hygiene procedures. However, if you want to wash the tableware before use for your satisfaction, you can wash it.
NaturTrust products are biodegradable and compostable. They need not be burnt. They need to be disposed of in an organic or compost bin for industrial processing. This will, in fact, be your contribution to nature.
